Introduction of Baikai Elastic (Knitted and Woven)

Baikai Industry (Viet Nam) Co. Ltd. is an inclusive elastic manufacturer, with a wild range of product such as: flat elastic, waistband, foldover, picots, wire casing, bands, jacquards, lace.  These elastic products fit for underwear, intimates, sportswear, swimwear and apparel.

1. Our waistband product is mainly achieved by yarn dyeing which allows different type of design/logo/wording in colors.  With our weaving techniques the design will present as well as printing effect but without the poor hand feel of printing.

Elongation: 130%--160%

2. We have a variety of shoulder straps for intimates or sports bra.  The use of yarn material will provide different level of good hand feel, different level of shininess/texture, different function and protection to the body.

3. We have a variety of bands for intimates or sports bra and yoga.  The use of yarn material will provide different needs to the garment products.

4. We have a variety of fashion elastic for intimate and lingerie.Our fashion product will reveal the beauty of feminine. Our lace elastic besides its aesthetic, will give the best comfort and protection performance to the garment.

5. Flat and insert elastic, mainly use as a functional or protection in garment form.

6. Wire casing is mainly use with cupped/wired bra.  The minimum tensile strength is 25kg to keep the wire away from the body.  We have designs that allow non-wire insert and gives the similar function to the garment, less cost in components and garment workmanship.
